The connection requires an existing administrator-issued CWM key with cwm:bulk:read permission. Enter it only in the CWM HTTPS authorization form. Do not send keys or passwords in chat or support reports. An expired or revoked key cannot read data; ask your workspace administrator to check permissions. Reconnect after the service restarts or the connection expires.
If results are unavailable, check that the workspace has recent saved states. This integration does not create predictions. Groups below ten and signals with fewer than ten valid values are suppressed.
Include the affected feature, time, visible error and sanitized reproduction steps in a report. Exclude customer records, access tokens, API keys and unredacted logs.
